Hourly Rates

Our hourly rates are based on the total volume of hours in contract — for retainer clients and stand-alone projects:

• < 100 hours = $200 / hour
• 100–300 hours = $175 / hour

• 300 hours = $150 / hour

Monthly Retainers

• Higher volume, consistent need, fastest turnaround, team on standby
• 20% unused hours rollover month-to-month
• 20% extra hours allowed at the same rate — depending on availability
• 3 month minimum w/ 60 day termination notice
• Min 60 hours / month

3-Month Retainers

• Lower volume, inconsistent need, fast turnaround, team familiar
• All hours rollover with the 3-month period — but not after that
• Extra hours allowed at the same rate — depending on availability
• Maximum 30 hours / month or 90 per quarter
• Early cancellation = billed for worked hours at adjusted rate by volume
• Pay per 3-month term
